Accommodation

Stay in our charming one-bedroom annexe, which is attached to the main farmhouse but
fully self-contained for privacy.

  • Super king-sized bed (which can be converted into two singles if preferred)
  • Two comfortable sofa beds downstairs for additional guests
  • Fully-equipped kitchen
  • Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms

Stabling & Facilities

  • Stabling in airy, self-contained barn stables with direct access to our cross-country course
  • Turnout available
  • Use of our Jump 4 Joy show jumps on grass (weather permitting)
  • Access to our 25 x 55m all-weather arena with mirrors
  • Scenic hacking and hillwork around the fields on our farm

Training
You are welcome to bring your own instructor, or we can help arrange training sessions with
one of our trusted visiting trainers.

We’re just a short walk (across our fields) to two lovely local spots:

  • The Star: a traditional village pub
  • The Poet: a wonderful restaurant for a special meal

Plus, we’re just a 10-minute drive from the historic town of Tunbridge Wells.

Pricing

  • Two-night minimum stay
  • Room Rate: £185 per night based on two people sharing.
    • Additional guests can stay for an extra £30 per person per night.
  • Stabling: £60 per horse per night (includes bedding and hay, plus use of all equestrian facilities)
    • Camping/lorry camping is also a possibility. Contact us for more details.
  • Discounts: Special rates for stays of 3 nights or more, please ask!
  • Dogs: one well behaved dog is allowed in the annexe.

Host Your Own Equestrian Training Camp
Looking to host a private equestrian training camp? Lodge Farm is available for exclusive
bookings. We offer:

  • Stabling for up to 8 horses
  • Use of our 25 x 55m all-weather arena, complete with Jump 4 Joy show jumps
  • Access to our cross-country course and scenic hacking/hillwork fields
  • Use of the farmhouse annexe as a base and for overnight (sleeps up to 4)
